The Western Balcony

Akira lightly blushes looking down as he replies. "H-hai, but um it varies seeing that meeting new people takes time for me" Akira lightly smiles looking to the side as he puts his cellphone up as he glances in Masa's direction as he smirks before looking down. He was never good with new people, Akira takes a bit of time to get to know each of his friends but if a new person walks up always causes him to become flustered.

"Well then. Since there is nothing here that I am currently interested in, quite boring actually. I must be going."Evangeline said as she dropped her arms, causing them to unfold and hang by her side. "It was rather...nice, meeting you two."She said to the two of them as she began stepping towards a set of broken stairs, stepping down them now, jumping from broken step to broken step very softly. Then eventually she got tired of hopping she just decided to jump off of the broken balcony stairs. So she jumps off the stairs and lands on the ground with a roll and a quick jump up, now walking on her feet and leaving the area.

"You could've at least say a hello or say your name and such. Too shy!" He said like it was some kind of scold, pulling on his cheeks once again as he have a chibi kind of tick mark on the back of his head.
Hearing that the woman is leaving already, he let go of Akira's cheeks and look at her, only nodding slowly in some way.
"Right, nice to meet ya too miss...."
Masa did a comical mushroom sighed as he watched Evangeline already leaving.
'Well, that was quick.' He thought as he raised an eyebrow.
"Well, there goes one chance.... and she seemed a pretty loyal person.." Masa mumbled as he shook his head, leaning his head back slightly as he continue to lean on the rail.

Akira rubbed his cheeks as he looked down. "I'm sorry..." Akira facepalmed himself for he acted stupid, then again this wasn't really much of his fault considering his father told him to get to know the person than asking them out or something. He didn't really understand, but Akira listened to his father for if he got together with a person when they first met than things wouldn't work out.

Sweatdropping at the thought, Akira had blue lines over his head as his head slumped down as his hand stayed on his face from his earlier facepam. Akira cursed at himself, why didn't he say hi, then again the women really didn't notice him or something or probably she was ignoring him. Akira didn't know and so kept quiet.

Masa refrain himself from laughing as he heard the smack sound and saw the state that Akira was in. Well, he wasn't going to say anything about the situation that happened before, but he did flickered Akira's forehead, and he did it enough for a few times to know what this flicker on the forehead means.
"I didn't think you were that shy. At first, when I met you, I thought you were a pretty confident kind of guy who can say what he wants, but now that I think about it, you're really that shy." Masa said, smirking at his human friend.
"She did notice you if ya is wondering." Masa told him as if he just read his mind, knowing what kind of silence Akira is making as if he knows him long enough to guess. "Just talk a little more and I'm sure you two can go right off the bat."

Akira jumps feeling the flick on his forehead and laughs lightly with his eyes closed. "Oh, please! I'm a human and she's a demon, Geez!!!!" He rubs his face shaking his head trying not to laugh that loud for he feared of a frog monster coming to where they were or even worse a monkey creature.

Shivering at the thought, Akira shook his head quite fastly. "Y-Y-Y-Yatta!!!!" Akira stops and blankly stares at Masa before wincing and holding his stomach as he nervously laughs. "Choshi ga warui desu....{I feel sick}" He felt sick at the thought that a monkey creature may run up and murder him with unsightly items.

Neytiri watched as a woman walk away from the balcony, Nikita, her panther brother, was lieing in the tree with his tail hanging down. He had it down for when Neytiri wanted to gp up onto the balcony, all she had to do was yank on his tail a bit. "Gruff, can we go up there yet? I am oh so very hungry and I want to go eat."Nikita said in a whisper as he looked down at Neytiri.

Neytiri looked up at Nikita and nodded her head. "yes, come on you big puff ball!" she told him with a soft voice and a smile, yanking down on his tail, she ended up pulling him off of the tree. "Oops. Sorry." she said with a silent laugh. Nikita growled at her. "Yeah, I'm very sure that you are. Now get on and let's go!"Nikita demanded as he waited for her to get on his back.

Neytiri quickly hopped on Nikita's back adn he ran towards the broken steps that the demon woman came from. he ran so fast, like lightning striking down from the sky, jumped up onto the steps and jumped on the steps until he reached the top of the Balcony.

Akira's body shivers, did he speak to soon. He slowly looked back and his eyes go wide as he saw a large panther and a women on its back. Akira covered his face, why did his parent's send him here again, after all he has been seeing so many things lately and do to him not saying anything stared at the two new arrivals.

Neytiri and Nikita both tilted their head downwards a bit at the same time and in the same direction as they looked at a human boy standing there with his face covered. Then out of nowhere, neytiri falls off of Nikita's back giggling. Nikita just looked at ehr funny then walked over to the human boy and sniffed his hand. "hey look. A human, just like you Neytiri." Nikita told her as he looked back at her.

Neytiri jumped up and looked at the boy and stopped giggling, and walked over to him, looking at him curiously. "Yes, he is. How strange. I have not ever met another human before."Neytiri said to Nikita as she reached out and poked the boy on his hands, which were over his face.

Masa didn't do anything to show his alarm.... or maybe it's the fact that he wasn't alarmed at all. He could sense them.
Twirling his cane, that he still had in his hands; he lifted himself off the railing with a raised eyebrow, the bangs over his eyes shadowing them a bit as night was coming. His black, deepning, sharp eyes look at them with obvious interesting.
With a loud 'snap', the cane stopped as it's end was slammed onto the stone floor; Masa leaning on it as he tilted his head with slight interesting.
"Maybe we help you, hunter?" Masa questioned, a slight, small smirk on his face.
He didn't stop the newcomers from investigating Akira, it would be good for the guy to make some human friends. But still, they were hunters. It might be safe for Akira, but with hunters around, it isn't exactly safe for him. Even though, he kept a calm expression and posture, as if he know them........
Though he hates the fact on how crowded it is...

Akira felt poking and frowned even more for he hated to be poked and as he peeked through his fingers, he heard two voices and couldn't help but cover his face again. Akira's face leaned back toward the sky as he closes his eyes trying to will up the courage to say hello.

"Hai, I'm a human and um my names is Akira Hotaka..." Akira looked to them trying to remain cool and at the same time calm for when they talked about him his eyes couldn't help but twitch in annoyance. Akira covered his mouth as he looked away, was he making a right choice to befriend this well people. He wasn't sure, but all that Akira was sure of was the fact that he couldn't surely trust them.

Neytiri looked at the boy's facial expressions and frowned. "You see, I told you that a human wouldn't like me."Neytiri told Nikita in a scold. Neytiri frowned some more and walked over to a railing further away from them all, including Nikita. Once she had reached the railing, she leaned over it and sighed deeply. She closed her eyes and then sniffled as she kept thinking that one of her own kind did not like her.

Masa sighed.
He see, the girl was just looking for someone to play with.
With that, in some way, he slammed his fist onto Akira's head, using only little power of course since he rather not hurt he human, mumbling something about how dang shy the human is.
"Akira, take your hand off your face and shy idiot." And Masa was really blunt on what he said, as if he was ordering his friend. "If you want to be friends with someone, you're going to have to stop hiding as if you're scare of the person yourself!!"

Akira rubs his head and he looked to the girl before sweatdropping further. "H-Hai, Um excuse me uh miss I don't hate you its just that..." Akira strained off as he thinks of something he could say to make the girl feel better but due to his inner demons and how he was raised he was having trouble and it was annoying him.

Neytiri sighed again, not hearing anyone else near her due to the fact that she is thinking too loudly inside her own mind. She hopped up onto the railing and sat down on it, letting her legs hang over the side. As her legs were hanging over the railing and she was sitting down, she was staring off up at the sky, admiring its beauty, and in her mind, she was asking if someone like her will actually come along and want to be her friend.

Nikita growled at the two he was near and walked over to a dark-ish corner and laid down, watching them all, wanting Neytiri to help herself this time. He knew that if they were rude to her, then she would end up getting very angry and wind up hurting someone.

Masa sweatdropped at the scenary in front of him......
Two humans trying to sort out their feelings; something he did not want to get himself included into. It's just basicly shown a sign that said "Drama" so he shuted his mouth, watching as Akira was trying to get his point across over and Neytiri, and the girl, looking as if she desperatly wanted a friend.
Masa have a pretty good feeling that he should follow the panther and just let them be. But first things first, he has to lay out the crust.
Without a thought, knowing that Akira wouldn't move forward at all unless someone makes him too, he pushed Akira towards the girl, giving him a "don't come back to this spot until you have work it out" look whenever he tries to look at him.

Akira looked back at Masa with wide eyes before looking to the girl and sweatdrops further before rubbing the back of his head as he thinks. Why me..... He looked to her and looks to his white tennis shoes, Akira shivered some what for he wasn't to great at feelings and what not, after all he had never dated before and so it left him in a stand still.

"Excuse me, uh I like you well not like that but you know in friend like terms and so please don't get mad or anything. I mean its just hard to say what I really mean, after all I'm a Baka and other times I'm a dope so if you want you can call me a name...or hit me. I don't care..." Akira's expression became blank but his voice held seriousness.

Neytiri kept looking at the sky. "I will not hit you, nor will I call you a name of some sort. I am more civilized than that."Neytiri told him softly and turned her head just enough so that she could see the boy from over her shoulder. Nikita jumped up as he heard what she just said and his jaw dropped. "What has happened to her?"Nikita asked himself and thought. As he was thinking, he knew exactly what had happened. "Roxas."Nikita said to himself with a deep and evil sounding growl.

Just then, Nikita ran and jumped over the railing and landed ont he ground about 78.5 feet down. He gruffed but he ran off into the woods, in search for the boy who's name he called out.

"Ohya?" Masa said, interesting and curiousity laced on his voice. He can clearly hear what the panther has to say and it peaked his curiousity. Roxas? Who, or what is that; he has to wonder.
Lifting the cane off the ground, he watched as the panther landed safely down on the ground and left the to woods. He wonder if something interesting is going to happen sooner or later.
He wondered, was there something suddenly different about the girl that he has to go and run off to?
Looking at the girl with his eyes still curious as ever, he only shook his head.
He'll watch what would become of this situation, and defend if he needs too.
If Akira ever looked at Masa for help or something familar to that, the demon only gave a dismissal wave for him to continue...though he did hold out a note pad, with an comical impassive face nontheless, that has writing on it with neat handwriting that said:
"I'm asking you to befriend her, not date her."
With a roll of his eyes he put the note away, wonder why would he be so nervous with his own kind.

Akira sighs with his head down in defeat. He glanced in Masa's direction and looked to the girl and shivered a bit before taking a breath and holding it before saying. "O-okay, uh yeah I guess you are...civilized I mean..." Akira cautiously got a bit closer to the girl as he looked to her his expression still weak in a way.

Neytiri for some reason felt a sharp pang in her stomach and quickly grasped the side of her stomach without anyone noticing. As she did that, she turned her head away from the boy behind her and tried not to make any sudden movements or sounds. "I'm Neytiri"Neytiri said her name finally and clutched at her stomach.

Well, being the background of the situation, seeing everything there is to see as he watched his friend trying to at least befriend a girl, he can obviously see the way she clutched onto her stomach. Like he can see the meek expression that Akira made and the fidgeting movements of nervousness that he was constantly doing.
Well, Masa has two conclusions in this situation.
For one: The pain in the stomach was somehow probably related to the panther who left to the woods. For he saw no injury, nor scented any blood on the girl. It seemed to be an inner problem.
And Two: Akira is beyond and hopelessly shy. You can even tell by the way he breathed, but Masa was only going to train him - yes, train him- to atleast be able to say 'hi' and started a converstation.
Plus, he was getting entertained by this.

Akira nods and looks to the side before bowing softly. "G-Gomen, but I have to go. Same to you also, Masa-kun!" Akira waved to Masa and nods to Neytiri before running off with both of his hands clutched to his chest in a frantic fashion to get away, his blood had chilled and not in a good way.

Akira ran downstairs with his eyes closed, why was it so hard for him to get along with new people. He didn't hate them but for some old reason he feared them, Akira didn't look back as he left in the direction of his dorm.

Neytiri's eyes widened a bit as he just up and left. "D-did I say something wrong?"She asked, turning and looking at the other man. Neytiri then got off of the railing, still clutching her stomach. "I must go as well. I am very sorry. And it was very nice meeting you, sir." Neytiri said to the man, nodding her head and leaving slowly, trying not to give her stomach any more pain.

Neytiri inhaled deeply, catching the scent of the other man, the one who ran off and decided to follow him.

*leaves the area*

"You did nothing wrong. The guy just hopelessly shy." Masa snorted, crossing his arms in amusmement. "but please talk to the guy more often and become friends with him. He couldn't exactly say "I want to become your friend" on his own."
Nodding as he heard her that she has to leave as well, he tilted his head slightly, thinking about how interesting these humans can be from time to time.
"I'll see you again when fate have it, Miss Neytiri."
As he watched her leaving, noticing clearly of her aching stomach as he unconciously hoped that she would be fine, he look up at the moon himself with a sigh, wondering what tonight has in store for him.
It was weird to see the moon, or the sky for that matter since he was so use to the cave's ceiling of where the abyss is held.
With a silent breath out, Masa began to walk slowly towards the exit, his shoes clacking loudly as well as his cane that followed pursuit.
He closed the balcony door with a silent click, his shadowed figure slowly disappearing from the door's windows.
