| TRY TO PUT YOUR RPS ON HOLD PLEASE
The site is going through a make over so think of it as the school (And the whole area) is under construction. The other places will be allowed to be seen for now but if they vanish, you'll know why. When the new stuff is done, you'll be able to see it.
This will be in effect as of....well I'll let you know but this is a heads up. | |

| The site has gone through it's change! Things have been moved and unfortunately a few rooms have been lost because there was a mess and things needed clean so if you lost your room, I'm sorry but just sign up for a new one. With special permission now, a character may have a house in the town instead of having a dorm however this permission will usually go to a teacher before a student. If you're not a teacher or a student, well, looks like you get a house in the town. | |

The next event has been decided though the poll. The next event will be a fighting Tournament. The date of the tournament is currently undecided but you will be informed when it comes. I will update tech right before the tournament but not after it has started so be sure to include the things you want and try not to go overboard. | |

| If you are a teacher (You can look at your app to know.) or are making your app and you want to be a teacher, please look at the List of Teachers and post in that topic what teacher it is you want to be so that the list can be updated. I can't remember who the other teachers are.
Also, please note that if you go inactive and do not tell an admin your reason for it (Like a vacation) You could lose your teaching spot if someone else asks for it while your gone. | |

It has been brought to attention that a good portion of people are making accounts to make more characters. Seeing how this isn't against the rules, it's fine HOWEVER the Multiple Character rule states that an admin MUST be informed PRIOR to making the character. Now, we can understand people having siblings but because of IP addresses being similar and there may be an infraction the Multiple character rule, inform an admin if you have a friend or sibling that will be using the same computer or IP address as you.
We have been getting some people making more accounts for characters but an admin has not been informed and only learn of this by looking at the IP address, thus we can really only guess but now we're saying if you want more than one character or have a sibling or friend that will be using the same IP address as you, inform and Admin prior or asap. | |

| Just want to cover a couple things for a moment so if I may have your attention that'll be great. 1.) Just a gentle reminder that if you want to make a topic then ask an admin and they will either make it for you or tell you to make it and they'll edit in their approval. If someone is found faking an admin's approval then there will be consequences. Please remember that we have the 'Always show first post' in effect so when you make a topic, that first bit that you put, just (only) describe how the topic looks with either words or a picture. (If the picture is seen too big then an admin will resize it. We don't want the page to stretch too much.) After the topic is made then you can post again in that topic the post for the rp.
The exception to this rule is the topics within the houses. I don't care what your first post is because you'll be the one always seeing that first bit probably but don't blame anyone if they get the look of an area wrong because they couldn't scroll up to the first bit.

2.) Now that we're on the topic of houses do not exceed over 10 topics in your 'house.' Why? Because that's too many 'rooms' for a house right now. I don't care what kind of history your character has, do not exceed over ten (10). If you're doing it in a way so that the topics you're making isn't set to be 'areas' but just rp with some people you're still not getting over 10. Looks like you'll need to inform an admin if it comes to that so you can delete stuff. Now, why won't I let you over ten if you're doing it the second way I mentioned? Because some of you might like to try and be sneaky little foxes and just mention all these different rooms within the rp that you're doing. Well guess what, if I find out that's so then you'll be in trouble. No more than ten rooms, no more than ten topics. Period.

3.) Now, since no one's signed up for the Fighting Tournament, it's being put on hold. I still have techs to do that I haven't got to but that's because I need to remake the template. I can no longer stand how it's text color has orange while the site is now red, black, and gray pretty much. So, I will be redoing it and mentioning some things within the new one. I won't be changing what's required for the techs though so no worries there. Just changing the look and explaining things. So updating techs is now on hold until I redo the template and stuff. For those of us that already have techs, you'll be informed on what you need to do at a later time. Thank you~ | |

| The multiple character rule has been revised, rewritten, which ever you want to call it. I forgot to mention it earlier but now it has been mentioned here so if the new version of the rule isn't followed you can be given a warning. | |

| Okay I tried being subtle about this but apparently it wasn't enough or I was completely ignored so this is the last time I'm posting something like this before just PMing people directly to ask them to explain things.
Inform and admin on plot/events/or whatevers that involve a whole race. Give complete details
Inform those you're trying to involve in a PM message about what's going on and let them decide if they want to be a part of it. Give details.
You can't involve everyone in your own personal plots and such. Some may not want to be in it. The only plots that are going to be site-wide that puts others in having to be part of them would be those OK'd by the head administrator who would them inform lower admins and moderators so everyone knows what's going on and people aren't getting told things for no reason.
Basically a main point of that last paragraph thing is that I'd like to be informed what's going on if you know complete details Ms. Head.~ | |
