Haunted Battlegrounds

The battlegrounds that have been in this land for many centuries that have also been being haunted by all the soldiers that have died here. Be careful.

Kira walked around the battlegrounds holding on to one of her dolls.

Kuro walked through the battle grounds, seeing things clearly with her more than perfect vision in her eyes not to mention she could see in the night filled area. Her golden yellow cat eyes glowed in the dark as she walked through the battle grounds, her gloves that had kind of claws on the end of each finger were sharp with something extra attached to them. She tossed her pony tail behind her shoulder as she walked, a look of absolute boredom on her features. "With the things that I could do and how busy I should be, I should not be bored, why is it so boring?" she asked aloud.

Kira heard a sound a quickly flickered her fingers making fire appear in her gloved hand. She had her eyes narrowed and was already concentrating in case she was attacked. This was usual behavior for her, since she's a demon warrior. She saw a dark shape there but still wouldn't say anything. Her grip on her doll tightened before letting it drop on the floor, her hand going for her dagger.

The moment Kuro's eyes caught the glimpse of fire her gaze went straight for the source. She saw a person, a woman, standing there and noticed the moment for something as what looked to be a doll hit the ground. Kuro's fingers twitched and the wires that were attached to her gloves went up and started weaving around the area in a quickly and hard to see manner, the fire's light though may show a glimpse of the shine of the extremely sharp wires. However, the looked on Kuro's face brighten to that of only someone who was oblivious or not caring would find innocent. "Hello there, care to tell me where I am?" she asked.

Kira held her ground, looking at all the wires.
She's strong. Damn, I'm not strong enough and that's not fair! I must become stronger!
She lowered her hand making the fire fade, knowing she wouldn't stand a chance.
"I'm not sure where we are, but it looks like a battleground", she said picking up her doll.

Kuro withdrew the wires as she pouted "Dammit, this isn't the right location then." she pouted as she sighed irritably. She looked around a bit as she walked closer towards the unknown stranger. "I'm looking for a person, the owner of an academy. I need to give them a special delivery." she said with a smile. Her deliveries consisted of bad luck and since she had had such bad luck on her own by just existing her presence was considered bad luck and the delivery to the school's owner was that she was enrolling there, the very being of bad luck.

Kira nodded and sheathed her dagger.
"I will take you to Principal Sumi, if you promise not to be naughty", she said with narrow eyes.
"I'm Kira, by the way. And don't worry, I wont tempt anything against you. Only cause you look stronger than I am. Ugh! So annoying!".
She started walking towards the building Prof. Sumi's office is located. "This way".

"Nice to meet you Kira. I'm called Kuro Neko" she said with a mischievous smile. "Don't worry. I don't have a delivery of bad luck for you today." she said light heartedly before laughing a bit. Her very name translated to Black Cat which was a well known icon of bad luck. Being said that 'if a black cat crosses your path' you'll have bad luck.

Ceres walked onto the battlegrounds that were claimed to be haunted and sighed, tapping her fingers along the hilt of her sheathed reversed blade sword. "So much has been going on. Everything's either becoming weird or boring, it's maddening. I think I'm starting too work to much." she pouted at the thought of working to much and sighed "Who am I kidding, I do work too much. I need a break and a stress reliever."

she humm to herself as she flew across the battleyard,beating her wings in a rythm.then she spotted the potion teacher ceres who was walking around bored."why hello ceres"she smiled happily as landed ontop of a tombstone."my name is mitsuko mona"she said happily

Ceres smiled and nodded a hello to Mitsuko. "Yes, I know you in a way. I saw your enrollment application in the files." she said with a pleasant smile. "What are you doing out here when there's celebrations and what not going on everywhere else?" she asked.

"i guess i could join"she said in a thoughtfull tone as she screch her wings out."but i like to fly,flying can be so sooothing"she said in a loveing tone.

Ceres chuckled and traced the hilt of her sword with her index finger of the hand that was on the same side as the sword. "I suppose that could be an excellent reason. But what are you doing flying around here? This is a 'haunted' battleground, doesn't seem like the best place to fly over. Don't you have something else you could be doing? Or wanting to do even?"

she giggled a bit."of course i knew its haunted,im a demon so it dosent bother me."she said as she strokes her hair with her hand."so my question is is what you doing here"?she said in a curiouse tone.

"I'm roaming around, wishing to ease the boredom and stress that has filled my life." she said in a dramatic tone before she giggled and flicked some green strands of hair back behind her shoulder and messed with her hat a bit. "Basically I've decided I've been to busy with business and want to relieve myself of it for a time. I figured here was farthest from everyone who just wants to party or mourn."

"hmm really you seem a bit eager to take that sword out."she smirk as she saw ceres trace her sword hilt."since we have free time why not spar"ahe giggled coldly as she grab her sword by the handle.

Ceres turned to face her properly and grinned "Really? I just thought I was idly spacing." she chuckled ominously. "But if you insist. I'll make this as friendly as possible." she added and put one foot back, the other bending at the knee slightly as she hovered one hand near the handle of her sword, ready to draw it while the other held it near over the sheath near the top. "What don't you start my little student. It'll give you chance, hopefully." said the person who was four feet and eleven inches.

oh i will"she said with a evil grin as she look ceres in the eyes.then she cast Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique under breath to make sure ceres dosent hear.Then a dozen of leaves began to spin around ceres.then she quickly drew out her black sword while focusing on ceres.

Ceres blinked, unknowing of what would happen from the stare of her student. Only when she ran at Mitsuko and drew her reversed blade sword in a well practiced and fast pace, unable to cut though because of the blade being on the wrong side, did she see what was like a memory being pulled from her of the last moment with Soubi, her master who taught her Hiten Mitsurugi only with a different feeling about. It was something she had never wanted to see and wished she wouldn't have seen however this one was different since it wasn't exact, the memory being altered to more of a fear or nightmare she had when she slept. She bit her lip until it bled as her eyes closed to try and banish seeing what she had saw.

she chuckled evily and dashed off the tombstone towards ceres bringing down her sword from above on her which was shinning dark black in the sunlight.

((also did that move hit me,cause it said the memory being pulled to you the last moment))

(( That's your choice really. The sword was pulled out fast from a practiced manner so it could and could not even under those circumstances. I suppose to make things a bit clearly, it faltered a bit because of the shock, forgot about that. ))

Ceres heard the rustle and movement in the wind and dashed back as she heard the attempted stick from above. With a wave of her arm in an upward motion, her eyes still closed so going by hearing at the moment, she released a blade of wind at Mitsuko as she rolled backwards because of her dash and came up in a semi-kneeling position on her feet, opening her eyes.

Description: By waving a hand or slashing out with the sakabatō, a blade of wind forms and flies quickly at the opponent. The blade of wind is only 3 feet long but very fast.
Disadvantages:

►The opponent must be at least 10 yards nearby or the wind blade will vanish
►The blade is only 3 feet long

she drew her sword up and then the wind blade hit the blade,pushing her back and collied with the tombston behind her.smashing the tombstone to pieces.she got up as her body was aching from the collision.also losein her wings."your really good"she said in a fun tone.

Ceres smiled "Thank you" she said before she dashed forward with a burst of speed and unsheathed her sword but when she got close to Mitsuko, she held it and the sheath up as she smiled innocently and re-sheathed the sword in a burst of speed.

Description: This technique may only be used by those who have learned Hiten Mitsurugi. This moved is preformed by seeming to slash at the opponent while holding the sheath of the sword in the other hand. When close to the opponent, instead of slashing at them the user uses extreme speed to sheath the sword. When the hilt hits the sheath an ultra sonic sound is created and blasts into the target's ear, temporarily stunning the auditory nerve. This works well when the target's nerves are in a frenzy or have extreme/sensitive hearing because the sound will travel deep into the ear, through the auditory canal and deeper into the semicircular canal where the equilibrium is controlled, setting it off. Basically it causes the opponent to constantly be in a type of pain for an amount of time. When used on targets with nerves that are in a frenzy or have extreme/sensitive hearing, causes them to be extremely off balance due to their equilibrium being set off.
Disadvantages:

►Using this will most likely cause the user to be hit by an opponent due to the fact that they are being close to the opponent and they're not protecting themselves.
►The affects are only temporary and if the opponent is determined enough they can halt the on going affects by damaging their own ear canal, an example would be shoving either their index finger or middle finger in their ear far enough that the ear begins to bleed more than it already is. [However this only works for those who's mind does not recognize the body is in pain or can grind their teeth together and bare with the pain]
►The lasting effect only lasts for three posts made by the opponent after the first bit of damage has been dealt.

she glared at ceres in the eyes then quickly mutterd the Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body
quickly under her breath.then quickly jabs her blade at ceres.
