Haunted Gravyard

Elena's spirit appeared in the graveyard down in the mausoleum where all of her family is buried as well as herself. "I need a witch's help."She said to herself with a sigh. Her body waas see through like a ghosts' body.

Felicity walked into the graveyard, looking around. She could see many spirits because of her gift of Sight. She walked carefully around the graves, her blood red eyes watching the spirits carefully. She was within close distance to the mausoleum when she finally stopped walking and sighed as she looked down and made a small amount of fire appear above her hand in the shape of a ball to give her a bit of light. With her was another woman, one who looked out of place despite the high level of class she seemed to have due to her birth right. The woman had shadows under her eyes and was constantly jumping at small sounds as well as fidgeting with the handkerchief she kept twisting in her hands. "You shouldn't twist it so much, it'll tear." Felicity told the woman in a gentle tone.

Elena heard someone's voice as well as the sound of jumping. "I wonder who that could be. It's a shame that this will be the last place I will be. I will be gone forever."She said, speaking to her mother whom was in her own stone tomb. Elena sat next to it on a pile of rocks, trying not to fall through them.

The woman that was with Felicity jumped at the sound of someone's voice, a woman's voice. "Someone's there." She whined, clinging to Felicity a bit who tried to calm her companion. "Everything is fine, it is only the spirit of one who has departed." she told the woman then walked in the direction of the voice as the woman stayed with her, looking terrified. Felicity spotted the woman who was sitting on a pile of rocks, seeing with her blood red eyes that this woman was a soul who had not gone on for she was faded, Felicity wondered how long this soul had been here and how long they had before they parted. "Excuse me ma'am, are you alright?" she asked the spirit, looking up at her kindly even with eyes the color of fresh blood. The woman stayed behind her and didn't speak.

Elena looked up and seen Felicity and another woman. "No, not really. I am about to fade away forever, when I do not wish to. I wanted to stay here with my family with my fiance and children. But I guess that wont happen."She said, looking like she was about to cry.

The woman that was with Felicity seemed to brighten a bit at this knowledge and tugged on Felicity's arm a bit. Felicity sighed and looked at the woman again. "Ma'am, my name is Felicity. I'm not much, but half witch and I may be able to help you. Me and this woman with me." she said, moving her hand and holding it over a bit to indicate the woman beside her. "This woman is willing to give her body to you. Please know though, that in return for you taking her body, you will become her race, her appearance, in essence, her. Unless you can convince someone, no one will recognize you for who you are in physical form. And this woman will take your place as a spirit who will eventually fade. Please understand though, this woman is a crusnik and my other half is a vampire. There's a chance something might go wrong but that also means there's a chance something might go right. I'd look ahead in time to find out but since the change is involving a crusnik, I'll need the energy to get past the barriers. There are other things, conditions, that must be might such as the body's physical condition but I can assure you that her body is fine if you're willing." Felicity said softly. She didn't know the other woman's name and she didn't ask for it because she looked at it as being almost like finding an animal. If you named it, it was harder to say goodbye.

Elena stood up and walked over to them. "You both would, do this for me? You are really willing to switch with me?"She asked, looking at the woman in the eyes and then looked Felicity in the eyes. She was becoming very greatful, and if this was all true and not her imagination, she would be happier than ever. "If this is no joke, and if it is real, what you are telling me. Then I too am willing to do it."She told them both.

Felicity nodded and looked at the woman by her. "Stand beside her, it'll make this easier." she told her and so the woman stood beside Elena. Felicity took a breath and closed her eyes then she opened her eyes and split the ball of fire that she had been holding to help her with seeing into two so that she was holding a ball of flames in each hand. When she spoke, it came from the very center of her own soul, holding power within the words that she had remembered and altered a bit to fit this occasion.

"Burning flames in the depths of the abyss
Hear my plea
One who's flickering flame wishes to beseech you
She who wishes to join beyond the veil of the living
One who's eternal flame is all that remains has not gone on
She wishes to return to the land of the living within the flesh of this offering
I ask of you to switch these souls
Granting one new life
Granting the other a passage into your garden of the Otherworld"

When she finished, the ball of fire that had been in her right hand flew at the woman and went through her, pushing the soul out while the ball of fire that had been in her left hand, engulfed Elena then went into the body that had belonged to the female crusnik. The flames vanished afterward and the woman had become a soul that would eventually vanish as Elena now inhabited the body that had belonged to her just moments before. Felicity felt dizzy and fell to the ground, shaking a bit from the raw energy that had used her as an instrument to preform the spell she had never done before and would probably never do again.

Elena gasped and then looked around, she took a few deep breaths and then looked down at her new body. Elena placed her hands over her skin and then began to feel around, noticing that her hands were not going through her body. "I can not believe this. I feel so, so...So Alive...again."She said with shock in her voice. She then looked at Felicity and helped her up. "Thank you, thank you, both of you. How can I ever repay you?"Elena asked, looking back and forth at the two.

Felicity smiled "I'm just happy to of helped but if you really feel you should do something, please have a monument built to thank the woman who gave up her life for you." Felicity said as the woman started to wonder around, trying to get used to the feeling after having smiled a soft 'you're welcome' to Elena.

Elena smiled happily and nodded her head. "I will do that. In fact, I think I may just have it put right down here, with the rest of my family."She said with a happy and soft smile.

Felicity smiled "That sounds good. I hope you enjoy your second life." she said softly and smiled before she started to walk back home. She looked back at Elena and smiled and waved at her. "Have a nice a day." she said and then left the graveyard so she could go home and rest.

Elena stood there with a smile and then called upon a few of the undead to have them build a monument for the woman who gave her life for her. The undead came to her and bowed to her like a couple of servants. "Now now. You have no need to bow, you are not servants. I only need your help with something."She said to the undead. The undead only nodded and listened to her, they could not speak. "I need you all to build a monument for this woman, for she has given her body to me and she took my place as the spirit. I am very thankful to her."She told them with a smile and then she motioned for them to start building and they did. Though it was quick, they did a nice job of building the monument for her. "You are all dismissed. Thank you all for your help."She said, smiling and waving to them alla s they left.

Elena smiled as she seen the other woman finally fade away. Then Elena too left the graveyard and went back to the bridge to see her daughter.

Elena appeared in the graveyard with her clothes, Tommy, and Bella. "Well then. Come on you two."She said as she started walking around the graveyard following the path up to the Family Tomb. She could not figure out why Tommy and Bella were so silent when around her at that moment, it kind of made Elena feel bad..........After a few minutes of walking through the graveyard, she reached the family tomb and opened the doors and walked in, Bella and Tommy were right behind her.
