The town square thearter, for everyone to watch the latest movies available.

Madara now quietly watches the show and people, now and then he looks up to the sky then watches the show again.

Madara sighs. Feeling very bored. He gets up and starts to roam the area.

Caedan carried Nereis into the theatre smoothly as ever and set her down immediately. He fully expected a good punch in the shoulder or the chest as she'd done so many times before that he'd picked her up without her expressed consent, imminent danger or no. "I'm sorry, Nori." he immediately said to soothe her quick to rise reactions.
"It was for your own good though." he revised to keep his action backed up strongly. Caedan glanced up to the stage at the current showing of "Macbeth". "Oh, this is a good one." he mentioned, holding out his arm towards a row of chairs motioning for her to take a seat while he waited. "We should talk. Catch up on the trip a little. Maybe see how you feel about coming here, hmm?"

Nereis’ curled fist struck out square against Caeden’s sternum with a rather powerful force as her furrowed eyebrows and annoyed expression relaxed itself. The human didn’t enjoy being man-handled, regardless of whomever it was. Only Caeden got off easy, though only because he was the only one who ever dared.

“How chivalrous of you.” She hissed monotonously as her muscles visibly began to relax themselves. Standing herself up fluidly, her hands graced across her clothing to straighten it out, taking a seat further down with graceful yet predatory strides; she was, naturally, a survivalist, through and through.

Nereis glared unknowingly into the seemingly distant night sky above the open theater, her soulful carmine eyes flecked violet around the pupil’s edge in the distant beams of moonlight.

Caedan relaxed his muscles completely as she struck out rather than flexing, and he absorbed the force well enough to not budge an inch. His jaw clenched and his eyes flared naturally at being hit, though she knew precisely what reaction it would cause. Her hormones tended to flare a little every time he did what he liked rather than cater to her, and when he actually flared back to her when she hit him, especially when she saw the fire in his eyes.
"Mm.." he growled lowly as he followed after her, noticing her eyes and not paying too much attention to them as many of the males that sought after her spent so much time doing. He knew she hated being fawned over, especially physically. "So, tell me what you really think about being sent over here." he sparked for her.

A tremble wracked through her delicate body, the attire not exactly the most fitting for such weather. Nereis snaked her arms around herself as she exhaled, taking note of the mist that formed past her rosy lips as she began speaking in a languid tone.

“I dislike it. I am not familiar with the area; there are so many people that talk of such nonsense. Vampires, faeries, tch – even the Dean that sent us here seemed a little ways away from sane.” She stated as she raised her right knee to rest over her left, her ankle absentmindedly tapping a beat against her shin. “How about you?”

Nereis brought her slender digits to rake through her hair, shaking out the droplets of rain that clung to her raven-black locks. Her eyes fell upon her damp clothes that were clinging to her smooth, peachy skin, the cloth becoming a few shades more transparent. Uncaring for what this brought on, her fingertips pinched the blouse above her navel as she lifted it from her flesh to air it out slightly; this only won a roll of goose bumps up her body and down her spine.

Caedan glanced at her out of the corner of his eye as she shivered. His arm jutted out and pulled her firmly to his side, tapping parts of her arms and sides and leaning down to tap points in her legs lightly, opening up her energy flow to allow a warming internal sensation. She'd never accept it was his taps that did it, but she always attributed it to his touch in general that brought her warmth in the winters at school. He tried his best not to stare openly as her clothing became transparent, and he kept himself from physically reacting, though it was an odd feeling, wanting to physically react to that with her.
Shake it off.. he thought to himself before looking into her eyes directly to answer her. "I understand. I'll try to get them to stop bugging you about it." he reasoned. "I'm more..passive about it all. Honestly, I think I was chosen because I was friends with you. I'm not even that special." Caedan said with a nonchalant shrug of his free arm. He didn't figure she would react to that, it seemed blunt enough to be his honest truth.

“You are not; except for that uncanny ability to warm someone.”

Nereis drummed her manicured nails against the wooden armrest as she rested her free hand into her lap, limber fingers gingerly teasing the white, gossamer lace that bordered her mini skirt and clung to her thighs with moisture.

Admittedly, Caeden’s presence was soothing to her. For some reason, it felt easy to be herself and nothing more around him; less stressful. Her eyelids slowly covered her eyes as her head drooped back lazily, the cold caressing over her warm body.

“Who was that man at the forest yesterday? I mean, why was he so eager to speak with you? Old acquaintance?”

"I suppose since I've been alone since day one in the forest as a kid, they figured nobody would really miss me if I dropped off the face of the earth." he said with an attempted chuckle, though the statement hit home for him a little more than he'd planned. "I don't know what you're talking about Nori. I've not heard anyone say I could warm them besides you." he responded, half expecting and knowing the answer he'd receive.
Caedan glanced at her moving fingertips out of habit and had to halt another physical reaction before it began. Her presence was, admittedly, becoming more soothing to be around. He oft wondered if he was becoming too close, but never thought what his departure would do to her. He tilted his hand to rest her head onto his shoulder. "That's healthier for the spine." he murmured out of automatic reaction; reciting an age-old lesson from the elven culture about the care of one's spine leading to longer life among humans. His thoughts stopped wandering as she asked him about the days before, his attention coming back to her. "He was just a strange man that spent many years in the woods. I suppose he recognized that I was a woodsman myself and wanted to attempt to talk of it." Caedan smoothly rolled out his answer, checking it mentally to be sure she wouldn't react to it as he spoke, but speaking at a pace that showed no audible difference to any hearing it. If only she heard half of what I think.. he thought to himself morbidly.

Immediately, Nereis opened her eyes and glanced up to Caeden, unsure of whether or not what he said deserved a punishment or consoling. Without wanting to do the former but unable to do the latter, the ruby-eyed girl reclosed her eyes and breathed a gentle sigh into the frosty air.

“Most people are so cold, they’re beyond repair. I suppose I am just not there yet.” She replied as familiar warmth absorbed into her scalp. Unwilling to put up much of a fight for something so petty, Nereis’ body became eerily still as her mind disconnected from reality every so often.

“Rather than have his daily discussion with the sprites and elves of the forest?” She answered in a somewhat mocking tone as the corners of her lips slightly curled up into a smirk, or something of the sort.

Caedan felt the shift in her hormones signaling sympathy and smiled internally. There was some part of her that honestly wished to have been there. "And you never will be so long as I'm your personal heater." he said with a chuckle and a wink that he knew she'd expect. Caedan felt her go still and enjoyed that she was comfortable enough to zone with him.
She was never on edge as she so often used to be since they took the long trip together, and since certain incidents, or accidents, as they called them in retrospect, during senior year.
Caedan chuckled lightly at her jest and leaned his head lightly on hers to let his unnaturally soft locks fall over her skin. "Apparently I draw more interest than storybook faeries." he commented in return.

“Or just the same amount. You are human after all; interesting with flaws and all.” She breathed out with a spark of enthusiasm.

Nereis rolled her eyes as she opened them a moment before, just enough time to catch the wink. Uncomfortably, her hand languidly slid up her body to her collar, tugging at it slightly in an attempt to detach the damp, semi-transparent white blouse from her vanilla-hued skin.

It seemed the play was over because families and teenagers that seemed to naturally group together began to rise and shuffle their way up the steps towards the exits, the girls giggling with the boys while they chattered about something useless and unimportant; just like home. With a groan that lilted into a moan at the end, Nereis’ eyes rolled towards the passing strangers, her expression calm but her eyes hard.

“I want to go home. Wherever that is.”

In an attempt to block out all else from bringing her out of her calm, Caedan took intiative and caused a warm wind to blow over them all of a sudden, an open window being his source as the frosty air left and the wind blew with enough force and continuity for her clothes to dry a bit and for the giggles and laughter to be drowned out for long enough for the girls and boys to rush out of the theatre to avoid the wind.
He chuckled to himself and let his arm shield her clothing from showing anything, both for his own sake and hers. Caedan held her close at the wind blowing, keeping her from being too disturbed by it but also to answer her with is smooth, low voice. "I'm glad to hear you think I'm interesting, Nori. Truly, it is nice to hear." he murmured out, giving her a slight squeeze like a one-armed hug and waiting for her more than likely to be not so pleasurable response that he was preparing himself for, regardless of his good intentions.

Like a harpy’s kiss, a warm wind hurriedly flushed into the building as Nereis naturally turned her head away and into Caeden’s shoulder, a deep rumble of frustrated words filling up her chest. Weiss was still nowhere to be seen, and this strange feeling – akin to a nasty case of intuition – began pouring and cementing itself into her chest.

“Why?” She whispered in response to his commentary. A minute or so after the gale blew over, she pulled away slightly, though only to look up and into her friend’s eyes; doe-like ruby irises kept watch over the boy’s own eyes as she awaited his answer.

As the wind subsided, Caedan carefully thought out his reply. It wasn't every day he got asked a "Why" by the girl who never cared to know. For her it had usually been, at least to him, a simple acceptance of facts, never caring to know the reason if it worked out in her favor, never questioning good fortune. However, this time was different. He looked down into his close friend's eyes and answered as humbly as he could. "Simply because if I would like anyone to care about me enough to think I'm interesting, or think I'm interesting enough to care about, it is you, Nori." he answered honestly.

“Weird.” Nereis answered in a smooth monotone. Admittedly, it wasn’t weird – it was reassuring. Neither was it something to think too much on. Taking into account how close they were, her palms lifted to his chest to push herself away and up into a standing position. As usual, Nereis began walking up the stairs of the theater and out into the barren street without waiting for Caeden.

A light flickered up above her head as she glanced up to it, the warm glow absorbed by her flesh to give her a healthy, radiant glow. Confused by the light’s ability, Nereis peered around to make sure no one saw and stepped back into the cold shadows, the warmth still latched to her bones.

Caedan heard the double meaning in her word and paid it no mind. He felt, rather, that it was the beginning of something better for the both of them, and their close friendship. He let her push herself off, having had his fill of holding her for the evening and then some, but that was just him being selfish. He'd stood after her, and followed her out of habit, anyway. No invitation or waiting was necessary on her part as they were so seldom apart. Especially in these instances where they were in a strange area. He followed after her and leaned against the cold wall as she stepped into the shadows, his gait silent as ever, though he suspected she always knew when he was around, silent or not.

Vashyron walk up to the movie theater waiting for Ceres he check his watch and look at the time "where is she" he said tapping his foot on the ground

Ceres walked up to the theater, yawning and stretching her arms in the air. She had just woke up not that long ago and she was still tired that she didn't even know where she was walking exactly until she ran into Vashyron and fell back on the ground.

"oh Ceres" Vashyron said as he look down and blush as he help her up "come on the movies about to start" he said heading to the ticket booth

"I'm coming" she said and yawned again as she followed behind him.

"Two tickets please" he said as he grab the tickets and handed one to Ceres and walk in with her

Ceres took the ticket and walked over to get popcorn, some candy and a drink.

Vashyron walks with her "i can pay for those Ceres" he said paying for them

"Thanks" she said and started to munch on some of the popcorn. "What movie are we watching?"
