Dark Alleyways

First topic message reminder :

The darkest parts of the town are the Dark Alleyways. BEWARE!! creatures of the night may be hidden

"The skates move on their own. You just need to know how fast you need to go".

Ceres stuck her tongue out at him "I'll try it" she said, getting up off her knees.

Damien smirked, taking off his AT's and handing them to her.
"They're sharp, so be careful", he pointed out.

Ceres put them on and stand up a bit, feeling a little awkward. She tried to go up the wall, getting half way before she fell but didn't hit the ground, her wind caught her and she giggled. "Whoa, that itself was fun" she laughed.

Damien watched amused, resting against the opposite wall, his arms crossed.

Ceres tried again and got further up before having to catch herself. She laughed though each time she almost fell until finally on the third try she reached the top.

Damien applauded and nodded.
Well, for someone who had never seen AT's before, she reached the top of the wall...he thought, then felt a bit miserable. Wall running was still hard for him in skates.

Ceres giggled and ran down the wall and over to him, taking the skates off and handing them to him. "Thanks that was fun." she smiled.

Damien took the skates and put them inside the bag. He had already put on his vans shoes on.

"I wouldn't find it that way. Wind makes a lot of things easy but I didn't want to fall down to land on my head either" she said with a bit of a giggle.

He smiled softly.
"Wind is my element, also. But unlike creatures, I have no command over it", he said now thinking and curious about her race again.

"I'm human, what could you expect?", he said a bit sarcastic.

"My.....Master was human.......I thought he was the best in the world......and to me he was" she said quietly.

Damien looked up at her with a smile.
"Humans can be skilled and smart, but we have to command over the elements, even if we are born connected to them", he said. He was feeling a bit better now since she admired a human.

Ceres smiled, her smile distant as she recalled memories of her Master. "My master was skill and smart...he never gave sign of controlling an element but he was still.....beyond words skilled with a sword."

"That's why I must be skilled with mine, and why I practice", he said, meaning his AT's.

"I'm an elf" she said with a blink, not minding the question. She even brushed some of her hair back to reveal one of her pointed elf ears. Part of the reason why I was foolish enough not to talk sooner to Master
