History: Not much is known about him. Some say he is the son of god. Others of satan. Hiro moved to england when he was young. Isolated, thanks to rumors that his mother was a witch. He only saw his father a few times. Hence why he likes to be alone by himself. He had only books to keep him company, making him knowledgeable. He matured at a really young age, practiced his mother's magic and learned to be patient by meditating in nature trying to be alone. He was recruited by Englands Magic Department (EMD) at a young age, slashing through the ranks faster then anyone has ever seen. After been second hand to Prime Minister , he decided to take a break and move to this Academy for a while.
