Personality: Felicity is much like her first name; happy. Or at least she seems that way. Felicity will always try to put on a smiling face and see a good in things but she can sometimes flip flop to being negative and always pouting. However, Felicity can also seem cold-hearted because she's lazy or wanting to brighten things her way which would be with a fight.
Talents: Felicity has immense speed and flexibility. Not to mention she's good at musical arts, like playing instruments.

History: Felicity was born in Egypt, the daughter of Seraphim of the Night, a pure blood vampire who was known for taking the life of his victims by sucking them dry of their blood in the late of night or saving humans even at night, claiming his only reason was because he didn't want to lose potential food, and Alexandra the Bright, a witch who was excellent at light magic and always protecting others. It's a mystery to how her parents met but they did and they had Felicity Seraphinia Cecil and a few years later, Anastasia Arianna Cecil. The two sisters had peaceful lives, even when the family moved to England. The girls grew up as close friends and were always together. Some even confused them for being twins because Anastasia looked so much like Felicity but their difference mainly between them was their eyes. Felicity had the eyes colored in the shade of fresh blood and Anastasia had silver eyes. While in England, the two grew up and word got around that the king was in need of a male heir because his queen could no longer bare children. Felicity was chosen to become the mistress of the king of England. The king came and visited their family home in England and started to take interest to her but there was a riding accident and the king got hurt. The one who took care of his injuries was Anastasia. The king fell for her sister instead of Felicity and Felicity became jealous. The two started to become completely different. Anastasia was said to have followed the rules back then while Felicity defied them. Felicity began to believe in them being sisters made them born to be rivals. The two began to fight, verbally of course. Because of her actions, Felicity was sent back to Egypt to learn her place again, her parents saying she had lost faith of the gods and that was why her visions that she was able to have since she was born were becoming false. Anastasia stayed with the king and had the male son he needed, though she only gave birth when Felicity had returned, but he not once visited her strangely. The reason is unknown however during Anastasia's pregnancy, she had almost lost the child. When Felicity returned, she acted as her 'old' self but she had a plot. She began to win the king back, in a way teasing him, perhaps even messing with his pride. He'd send her gifts that she'd send back to him. Felicity visited her sister, asking for forgiveness. Once a messenger tried to give her a gift from the king to her but Felicity told him to give it to Anastasia, that was when, once again, she found out the gift was for Felicity, only this time Anastasia was there to witness that she told the messenger to send the gifts back. Eventually, the king came while Anastasia was giving birth. Felicity was in the other room with her parents and a few others waiting for the news of the child. The king demanded to know why she wasn't accepting her gifts and she said that since he was the father of her sister's child than he hadn't any need of her. The offered to never see Anastasia again if Felicity was to be with him. Felicity was about to actually decline until she heard that Anastasia had given birth to a boy, the son the king needed. He looked so happy but his affection wasn't toward Felicity. So Felicity quickly agreed to his deal. She'd begin to be with him, as long as he didn't see Anastasia. Thus, the king left the room with only a glance at Anastasia and the son that was not to be his now and left the room. Felicity smiled as she watched him go. As time progressed, the king longed for Felicity to give herself to him. She however said she would not until he made her his queen. Thus, the king had to end his marriage to the current queen, causing her to be beheaded and Felicity took her place. Felicity remembered that Anastasia had told her she had reached too high before they had parted, Anastasia going to the country side. It turned out that Anastasia may have been right since when Felicity tried to longer still deny the king her body, he forcefully took her. Felicity became pregnant and asked for Anastasia to return to be near her. Time went on and Felicity gave birth to a still born that would have been a son. Scared about what the king may do if he found out but unable to drop the pride that was her own, she told him of what had happened. The king, who was at his rope's end, began to accuse Felicity of killing the child the moment she had given birth to him so that she could mess with the king's mind more. Felicity told him that it wasn't true but the king wouldn't listen. He ordered her execution. Anastasia went to see her sister the day of it, hours before Felicity was to be beheaded. Felicity pleaded with her sister to go to the king and testify for her, her life depending on it. Anastasia did go to the king and plead to him to spar her sister's life, when he asked why she was here for her, Anastasia answered "Because she's my sister, and therefore one half of me." The king wouldn't hurt Anastasia so he banished Felicity from England instead where Felicity came to the academy after her travels, which were many years, her visions saying she was on a good path that would be interesting but a bit rough.
