Kuro Neko's Dormitory

Kuro walked around her room, bored out of her mind as she walked around her bed, the heavy black curtains drawn over the window by the bed. She sighed and walked up the few stairs to the raised part of her room and walked to the window that was on that part. She looked out it and smiled. It seemed like some people were still troubled by how she had killed Elena Sumi. Though, she knew that not many knew she had killed the deceased principal. She laughed a bit at the thought.

It was night time, the stars were visible, and it was a perfect time for Hiro to read. Who reads at night? you may ask, yet for some reason Hiro enjoys reading anytime. He had found a perfect place to read, it was outside the girls dorm. There he could see the stars and the full moon. There was also light from both the girls dorm and the stars and moon, he could read perfectly here. He heard some laughter coming from the room directly above him. He looked up at the window. He saw a girl there and said

"Hello Miss, nice night outside" Hiro smiled as he said that. Not wanting her to think he was some kind of stalker

Kuro blinked as she looked at the male and smiled and waved, innocently, kindly. The complete opposite face of the physical view of a killer. She slid her window open and walked out onto the small ledge that her window had. "Hey there" she said as she smiled "It is isn't it? It's as if everything's been perfectly fine for weeks." she added.

Hiro wondered what she meant by that. He didn't pay much attention to it though. "It does, looking at the sky. You seem to forget what has been going on around you, the stars and the moon do not care about our problems. They are just there and then not there" Hiro recited a small lame quote from the book he was reading from memory. 'She seems like a nice person' Hiro thought.
"I am Hiro, by the way" Hiro said from the ground.
"Hold on" he added. He used his wind magic to fly toward her. He was floating just beside her small ledge.
"I am Hiro" Hiro said again smiling

Kuro chuckled as she heard about the moon and stars thing then stepped back inside her room so he could get on the ledge if he wanted to. "I'm Kuro Neko, most just call me one name or the other." she said with a shrug and went to a mini fridge she kept in her room and pulled out a glass bottle of milk like they had before plastic jugs and such. She opened it and took a drink. "What are you doing out so late on the girls' dormitory side anyway?" she asked with a smile before taking another drink.

Hiro landed on the ledge. "Nice to meet you, Kuro Neko."Hiro said.
Hiro saw that she went to get a milk bottle. To her question he said "Well I was reading a book" Hiro pointed at his book. "How come you are awake at this time Kuro?" Hiro asked her

"I prefer the night." she said, smiling as her golden, cat like eyes seemed to glow a bit. She sat down in a black, curved armchair and crossed her legs "So what book are you reading then?" she asked as she smiled.

Hiro was about to answer, he stopped looked around and said "Can I come in first? It is rather a bit odd talking from all the way here to you. Also a bit cold"
Hiro wondered if it was going to be this cold tomorrow

"Sure, come on in." she said as she smiled happily. Her room was mostly black and white (as in the picture). She was still on the raised level of her room, her bed was on the lower level. The door to the hall was on the raised level as well. On the table not far from her sat some school papers, most about the death of Elena since that had been the talk of the school for awhile.

Hiro walked in and sat near her. "This a nice dorm" Hiro told her looking around.
"The name of the book is 'Problems you forget'. Can I have some of that" Hiro pointed at her milk, he was thirsty.

"Sure" she said with a nod and waved her hand in the direction of the mini fridge "Get one out." she added with her gesture as she drained what was left of her bottle, drinking. "Anyway, I've been in here mostly since classes were on hold for a bit. What's been going on out there?" she asked, lying. She had been out and around but she wouldn't say that unless needed.

Hiro walked toward the mini fridge. Opened it and grabbed a bottle of milk. He walked back took the cap off and drank a little from it before setting it down.
"Well, there is not much I can tell you. I have not been here long, Since I arrived I have just been to the lake and other nice places, mostly without people. There does not seem to be much people outside though." Hiro told her taking another mouthful of milk.

Kuro smiled a bit as she licked the rim of the bottle that had had her milk. "Most don't want to go out probably because there's a killer on the loose." she said, gesturing toward the pile of school newspapers that were on her paper that talked about it.

"Killer huh? Who has he killed" Hiro said looking at Kuro. He looked briefly over at the newspapers. He read about the principals dead. He had heard something like that from a discussion between a Vice-principal and some lady of M'laniri tribe. He then turned to face Kuro, He got closer to her face without noticing, looking at her eyes

Kuro looked at him, tilting her head a bit "You couldn't tell? The killer murdered the now deceased principal, Elena Sumi." she said and got up, pulling out one of the first articles about the incedent and read aloud "Elena Sumi, principal of Vampire Academy was found dead and scattered about the hall in front of her office. Her body was 'torn to pieces' and the blood was splattered that in some spots it was as if the very walls were painted with her life. Even for a vampire such as the academy's dear principal, the injuries were to great to heal from." she concluded her reading.

"Ah, I did notice about that. I was just looking at your eyes. They are cat-like amber. Never seen those eyes on a person before. They are very pretty. About the principal, it is a shame. I did not even get to meet her. I have not enrolled yet on school. I heard it was a mess at this time." Hiro told her as he leaned back and took another sip off milk. He liked milk

"Amber? My eyes are a cat like golden-yellow." she corrected as she crossed her arms and tossed her ponytail behind her shoulder by turning her head sharply for a moment. "Well what's so different about a person with catlike eyes though anyway? It's not like it's much different, I mean, there's lots of people with odd eyes. Doesn't mean they're bad or anything. After all, the one taking the position as vice principal right now has one gold and one pink."

"She does, I think that looks nice. Although she was a little grumpy with me. I did not say anything was wrong with them, I just thought they were very pretty. Sorry I did not see them well the first time, so they are golden-yellow?" Hiro said as he looked closer at them. Hiro saw they were golden-yellow

"Yes they are." she said and Kuro chuckled. "Maybe she's stressed? I'd hate to have her jobs. She's taking her teaching and the vice principal. Or maybe it's because she think with her spot she may be next on the list if something happens to the now current principal." she said as she shrugged.

"True, if something happened to the current principal she could become a principal hersellf.By the way, Who is the current principal?" Hiro asked.
Hiro looked around her room. It looked to...clean, nothing like the girl dorms he had been on. Well he had been on a few, when he was invited, yet this one looked too clean for him. He could not think of a word to replace the word clean, but the room looked like it belong to a serious guy than a girl like her. Hiro wondered what were her secrets. Everyone has secrets

"A guy named Shake." she said with a smile as she got up and went to get another milk. "Any other questions you have? I'll answer them." she said, keeping her smiled still as she opened the milk and took a long drink from the bottle as she waited to see if he had anymore questions that she'd answer.

"Mmm, let's see. What race are you Kuro?" Hiro asked. He wanted to make the conversation more interesting, heck, he even changed the color of his voice from blue to cyan.

"I am what most here would call a demon." she said with a smile and took another drink of her milk before she walked down to the lower part of her dorm and sat down on the bed.

"A demon?" Hiro then drank the last bit of milk of the bottle of milk he had. "I am what some call a hybrid here. Angel and Warlock." Hiro said cleaning the mustache of milk he had with his sleeve. Hiro picked the bottle and turned it upside down, looking through the opening and licking the small drops of milk. "Did you killed the principal?" Hiro ask bluntly
